Thanks to Denis Shuliatev for recently sharing so old mail order catalogue scans.
I always wondered if it was Puma or adidas that first made a trainer called Jeans. Puma Jean from a Canadian mail order catalogue. Not sure of the date of the catalogue but judging by the shoes on the page I would say 1974 or at the latest 75 which means that Puma Jeans pre-dates the adidas interpretation by a year or two. Buggy are a new one on me too.
